On a day that Epcot opens at 9, will they let you into the park early for a 925 Akershus ADR? If not, is it possible to make it through the park on-time pushing two strollers through the crowd? Any suggestions for getting through the crowd if we need to?

We had reservations there a few years ago. They do let you in early. I am a bit confused with your post though..... Did you actually mean that the park would NOT be open at the time of your reservation? When we had ours... the park was NOT actually open yet. I can't remember how exactly they handled this.... but as you can imagine, everyone else that also has the first reservations of the day would be dealing with the same issue. Sorry I couldn't be of more help with more details..... But, yes, they do let you in early for you reservation. (I think you only have to be there about 15-20 before the actual reservation.)

The handling of preopen reservations is pretty well documented here. The concern that the OP has is how the situation will be handled when the ADR is for 25 min after opening. It's far enough after opening that you would expect Disney to say that folks need to wait until park open, but early enough that they are going to need to swim fairly quickly through the crowds if they have to wait until park open.

But, I suspect the answer does lay within your post - the number of breakfast serving restaurants at Epcot is high enough that they will probably need to let folks in a little early (says 0845?) in order to allow WS reservation folks to make their way across the park without getting bogged down with all of the folks that will be going.

25 min should be plenty of time to get to Norway. Once you hit the WS there should be no one in your way.

Um - it is? I thought only Akershus served breakfast (other than QS/CS) at Epcot. Who else serves it? Because we'd love to make some non-princess reservations in the park!

I think technically the WS showcase doesnt "open" until 11 a.m. This is to walk completely through the WS all the way around the lake. It is open and you're able to walk to Norway with not much of a problem. I know some parks have a line to the far left or far right of the gates that is for cast member entry and prior to opening breakfast reservations. We utilized this at AK with Donald's breakfast and a 8:25 breakfast reservation when they didn't open until 9. With the reservation at 9:25, you should be able to get into Epcot a little before 9 as I think they start slowly letting people in around 8:30 and then it's just a matter of heading to Norway from rope drop. Even with two strollers, you shouldn't have a problem. Hardest part is going through security and the bag check. I recommend getting there before 8:30 to miss the rush to entry and the security bottleneck.

Sorry, for some reason I was counting the QS places. I suppose they wouldn't have the same crush of folks that the TS places get, and even if they did, Disney wouldn't care that much.

I humbly retract my statement. Nevertheless, I would think getting to Akershus would merit earlier entrance to avoid the elbow-wielders trying to be the first to <fill in ride>.

We had 9 am ADR's for almost all breakfasts & were at the parks around 8 am. We never had a problem getting in. At AK & EPCOT, they checked our names off a list. I don't remember if there was a list at MK, and we just went in at EMH at DHS. We were seated early at all ADRs.
