I got an email invite. 2RT tickets for a $69 fee. Anyone have thoughts on how good of a deal this is?

Purchases do not include using your account for balance transfers, cash advances, or the payment of any fees on your account (including an annual fee, if applicable), or using any checks that access your account. You can redeem for an AirTran Airways Roundtrip Flight with every 16 A+ Rewards Credits accumulated during any consecutive 24 month period. This one-time bonus offer is valid only for first-time AirTran Airways A+ Rewards personal Credit Card from Chase cardmembers with new accounts. Purchases of AirTran inflight Wi-Fi sessions and cruises booked through southwest.com or Southwest Airlines Vacations will only earn 1 A+ Rewards Dollar for each $1 of net purchases. You will earn 1 A+ Rewards Dollar for each $1 of all other net purchases. Once you earn 1,200 A+ Rewards Dollars on the A+ Rewards card you will receive 1 A+ Rewards Credit.
