I was reading another post about AirTran and the great fare someone else got, so just for the heck of it I went to AirTran's website. Low and behold they must have added more nonstop flights and earlier departures. With what I had already booked I would have 1 stop and not get to Orlando until 12:50. So I decided to call AirTran and see if there was anything I could do about changing my departure flight. The lady that I dealt with was very pleasant and helped me greatly. I switched to a nonstop flight with an arrival time of 10:30 which means more time with the Mouse
. And this new flight is cheaper. They also waived 2 of my 4 $50 flight change penalties. So now I have a $207.00 credit with them to use within 1 year.
This is what you call GREAT customer service!!!!!
