AirTran made my day!!!

I was reading another post about AirTran and the great fare someone else got, so just for the heck of it I went to AirTran's website. Low and behold they must have added more nonstop flights and earlier departures. With what I had already booked I would have 1 stop and not get to Orlando until 12:50. So I decided to call AirTran and see if there was anything I could do about changing my departure flight. The lady that I dealt with was very pleasant and helped me greatly. I switched to a nonstop flight with an arrival time of 10:30 which means more time with the Mouse . And this new flight is cheaper. They also waived 2 of my 4 $50 flight change penalties. So now I have a $207.00 credit with them to use within 1 year. This is what you call GREAT customer service!!!!!

where are you in PA and when are you going. I am going about Apri 1 or 2nd and I can't find it cheaper then over 200.00, and I wanted to leave from Philly

We live just above Hagerstown, MD. We will be flying out of BWI. This will be my first time flying AirTran. Did you check out their website??
