Airline Info--Delta vs. US Airways

I've always flown DELTA....always!!

For my upcoming trip I can save almost $100 per person flying with US Airways. Actually, Delta and US Airways flights leave my home airport 5 minutes apart but due to a connection, the US Airways flight arrives in Orlando one hour earlier....

Two questions...

Does anyone out there have prior experience/knowledge of flying US Airways???

If so, do you recommend??

I fly all the time with USAirways. I have had no problems with them. It is better to take the nonstop than Delta because of the stop in ATL. You will be fine with USAirways.

we flew us airways last trip and had no problems with them
the 3 hour delay in newwark was not their fault unless they control the thunderstorms

this time we got a better deal so we are flying Delta

I would definalty save the money and fly usairways youll be fine

We flew USAirways to MCO last April and it was perfect. The flights both ways were on time, if not even a bit early. Don't let USAirways' financial problems keep you from flying them. You'll be fine, and it's always better to have a direct flight anyway. I'm flying USAirways to Orlando again in September -- they are offering round trip Pittsburgh-Orlando for $118!

Got online to purchase US Airways tickets today and checked Delta's website one last time....Delta dropped their prices $120 per person.

I purchased immediately!! Thanks for all your help.
