air tran credits

I have some credits to use since the price of our flights went down. I just went into buy seat assignments, and thought it would just apply the credit when I purchased them. Guess not. So now I want to use it for our baggage fees. What do I have to do to apply these? Do I have to call, or can I do it online?! Thanks!

Are you logged in as a "Triple A Rewards Member" when you are attempting to apply the credit?
Last summer I recieved a credit from Airtran when I came home from Vegas on a different airline and later when I went to apply it to a flight I had to be logged in as member to use it when booking online.

I'll check that, thanks. When you did that, was it automatic? It actually showed that I had a $24 credit on my account, but didnt' apply it.

thanks for the tip...just logged in for our return flight, and it let me do it. I am assuming that when I go to check in for my flight, if I log in, I'll be able to use the remaining amount for baggage. Thanks!
