Air tran and Youuride

We just returned from a quick trip 7/4 - 7/8 at BCV. This is the first time we did not rent a car and used Youuride car service. I was not overly impressed. Our flight was early arriving, but even after getting our bags and finding the meet and greet are I still had to call and ask where our driver was. After meeting up with him we went outside and he said it would take him @ 7 minutes to retrieve the car, we waited 15 min and then watched him pull into another parking space 10 down from where he left us and it seemed he was chatting with some uniformed workers, he then backed out and came to our spot. We stopped for groceries at Albertsons and driving thru the parking lot he was extremely slow and again pulling into the BCV, he drove very slow describing the new bus stops and his family owning limos's and pointing them out to us. We had already told him we've been here, we've seen it, we were just here in March, etc. After a long day of traveling I want to get to my resort and check in, not dawdle in the parking lot. The ride back to the airport was better, he was early to get us and we had no stops, so we arrived promptly at the airport. RE: Airtran- lets just say you get what you pay for, never again. We arrived 2 hrs. early for our flight and you need it with their check in service, we like to do curbside checkin, but they don't offer it. We asked for an upgrade to business class ( which costs $25/pp) and we're told it was full. Their seats are so small and hard. Then at the gate we watched 2 men hand over money for an upgrade and when we boarded the plane a couple who had been behind us in line were sitting in buss class. The flight was also delayed 1.5 hrs. taking off which we found out by checking the monitors, they didn't mention it at the baggage check in. These may seem like minor issues but being 8 mos. pregnant and traveling with a 3 year old definitely magnifies everything.
