Air miles

can anyone tell me about airmiles with continental airlines I know that you get some points everytime you fly with them but what do you do with the points

I have never bothered with their scheme, I get the miles added to my Virgin Flying club account rather than my Continental Onepass account. Other Airlines like AA allow you to book free hotels (as we have for August, 3 free nights) but Onepass looks very restrictive.
