Air Mattresses

How does Disney feel about guests bringing a twin air mattress? We've asked our 15yo DS's friend to come with us next year and I'm kinda liking the idea of staying at CBR, but alas, no trundle or bunk beds there. We've stayed at POR, but I think the trundle will be too small for a 15yo. Any other resort ideas? If mattresses are allowed, can you slide the mattress under one of the beds during the day for mousekeeping?

A twin air mattress will definitely fit in the rooms at the CBR. The rooms there are larger than any of the other moderates. I have read on the boards about several people bringing along air mattresses at the CBR.

My only question is....will this make your party number 5 or more? Many of the resorts only allow 4 people per room.

Just lean it against the wall. Disney does not care as long as you don't have extra people in the room. As long as he is on your reservation go for it.

We do it on every trip. As long as you do not exceed the room occupancy there will be no problem.

Thanks for all the input. I'm glad to hear that an air mattress may be an option.
mickeystoontown, the total number of people in our group will be 4, but the two teenage boys are "weirded out" with the thought of sharing a bed - I figured I'd better come up with a different solution or it's Davey Jones locker for me.

My two sons are weirded out sleeping in the same bed...11 and 13. That is why we bring an air matress.
