Age to rent a room?

It may be written somewhere on the Disney website, but I'm too tired to search so I thought I'd ask here:

Can a reservation be made by me (mom) for my children (age 18) for a room of their own? Or is 21 the minimum 'adult' age to have a ressie in your own name?

i don't see how they could restrict an 18 year old from renting a room. 18 is the usual age for adulthood legal status.
 
an 18yr old can rent a room.

On the reservation page it says guests under 18yrs of age must have a parent or guardian permission to call so your children should be fine
 
I booked a room at BWV for my dd and two of her friends last June. The only regulation that needed to be met was that the lead person on the reservation had to be 18 when checking in..which my dd was.

Actually, most hotels do require a minimum age of 21 to register in the US - Disney happens to be not one of them
