After 7 Trips We're Finally Staying At the BC! May 2012 PTR: New TR Started!

At least if you don't get to all go to Disney, going to the BC makes up for it, right? :thumbsup2 Alex's scar is so far in his hairline that unless he goes bald on the top of his head, it won't be visible.
Whew! I'm sure it made it harder to see what was going on initially being up in hairline, but good for scars ;) And now we've changed on you again and will be at the Poly regardless:lovestruc

We love our Disney nights. Getting ready to post our last couple ones here in a little bit. We only have 4 left!!! :scared1:[/QUOTE]
Can not wait to see your Disney Nights--waiting for Cinderella to post ours :thumbsup2 I think we're down to three, but we also have a Baptism, Confirmations, Mother's Day and 2 Birthdays to celebrate. Not exclusive to us celebrations, but they do take up some Disney planning time ;) So glad to have you back!!!!:yay:

Disney Night 13 – Liberty Tree Tavern

This Mike’s last pick for Disney night. Since this will be one of the restaurants we will be trying for the first time, I had to do a little research about what they serve. (I have this sneaking suspision that I'm going to have the urge to yell "Give me liberty or give me death" when we eat here). :lmao: We went with an American theme for the night. It almost felt like the 4th of July!

It was another fun night! Our next Disney night: Tangled.

Disney Night #14 – Tangled night

I am going to go ahead and predict that one of us (who am I kidding, it will be Mike;)) will have to stand in line for at least an hour for Lauren to get her picture taken with Rapunzel. She’s Lauren’s favorite princess right now. So I wasn’t at all surprised that she picked to have a Tangled night.

Only one more night for Lauren to pick; but before that we will be visiting Downtown Disney and celebrating the Lego Store and T-Rex. There might be Meteor Bites in our future….

Day 5 - May 28th -Jambo, Ni hao and Hola!

That’s probably what we’ll be saying all day on day 5 (May 28th) since we’ll be heading to both AK and Epcot. We’ll start our day at AK. I don’t know about y’all, but when I walk into AK and see the Tree of Life I have the uncontrollable urge to sing “It’s the circle of life!”
IMG_4260w.jpg

Maybe that’s just my musical background coming out… :lmao:

Before I go any further let me confer with Mike about our plan of attack. Maybe you should hum the Jeopardy theme while I’m gone…

Okay! After discussing our options we’ve decided that we are going to go to Safari first. We’ll have a fun time watching the animals and then we’ll send Mike across the park to Everest for fastpasses. We’ll meet up with him somewhere, maybe go on a ride like Triceratop Spin, or Dinosaur, maybe watch “A Bug’s Life”, one of those options and then we’ll ALL go ride Everest. ALL (unless Alex changes his mind. In that case he and Mom will probably sit out).

Our lunch plans are for Flame Tree Barbecue. It’s been awhile since we’ve eaten there and the last time I didn’t even eat their food. I got a Turkey leg. Some people may think the turkey legs are yummy…I’m not one of them. So I’m excited about eating at Flame Tree this time!

After lunch we may ride a couple of rides and then we’ll head back to the resort for some pool time. We won’t have far to go for dinner since it’s at San Angel Inn. Some people don’t like the food here but we love it. We’ve gone to this restaurant on almost every trip. There have only been 2 trips that we didn’t eat here and it was very much missed both times.

After eating we’ll walk around WS and probably go on Spaceship Earth. I’m going to have to do a whole post soon about Spaceship Earth. We have some funny pictures and video from it. If you’re ever on the ride and you hear a woman laughing hysterically on it, it’s probably me. Not on the first part, but on the part where you watch the video about your future.

Perhaps we’ll ride Nemo, but I’m willing to bet money we’ll head into Mousegears. Momma needs to do some shopping!

So that’s our rough plans for day 5. Day 6 will have more Epcot fun and a dinner with a Pooh Bear.

Shhh....Do you hear that? It's the sound of some crazy lady laughing on Spaceship Earth. Who would do that???!!!

That would be me…unless there’s some other crazy lady who laughs on Spaceship Earth. Really, can there be more than one of us? :rotfl:

I promise you that I do not laugh at the beginning or middle of the ride. I find those parts very relaxing and I love listening to the narration. It’s when we get to the section where you get to see your future. What’s so funny about it? For most people, probably nothing. But you see, way at the beginning of the ride, they take your picture. We go on this ride multiple times every trip and we were getting a little tired of taking a normal picture. So someone, I think it was Alex, came up with the idea to make a funny, mad, sad, angry, whatever face for our pictures. When our future selves popped up on the screen, I lost it. It was sooooooo funny. It was sooooooo funny I started filming them. And upon rewatching them I noticed that I have been laughing, hysterically while watching them. Laughing so hard I have cried while on this ride. I don’t suppose this was the original intent of the redesign of Spaceship Earth, but I don’t care. It’s funny and I like it!

So here’s some pics we’ve taken of our funny, mad, silly faces. I promise I will include a video on my TR of us on this ride so you can hear me and my crazy laugh.

Love that place for dinner, though I do miss the characters :( It's now a tradition to eat there on our last night. I think I love it so much just because it reminds me of Thanksgiving dinner--yum yum!

I know I should just multi-quote, but I'm multitasking and don't want to forget what I was going to say for each post :headache:

5 times? That's wonderful! I think the luau in Hawaii should count for something. :thumbsup2

You can't go wrong with Thanksgiving dinner! It's just so yummy! I've been doing a lot of multitasking myself.

LOVE it!!! :rotfl: I enjoy the list making too--but sometimes I make one too many notes and they don't all get transferred over to the "main" list and then :headache: I've forgotten something. But it's ok, because it's now the first thing on my new main list!
I need to transfer points too, but I'm going to wait until this next statement. It will include the points from my final payoff for the trip :dance3: Come on souvenir monies!!!
I'd love to see your photos to take in WDW list :surfweb:
