advice needed? On OKW

Hi,
am booking a 4 night stay at OKW and hoped you might have some advice on what building to request?

I'm travelling with my 12 year old son and staying in a Studio

any advice would be great

Will you have a car?
Do you prefer to be near or away from the main building?
Is smoking/non-smoking important?

not sure about the car yet? do you think it would be helpful to have on to get around in?. Would like to be near ish to the swimming pool and drinks station( if they have one) as DS will be keen to access this.
Would like non-smoking.

There is one main pool at OKW wit a slide, and 3 very nice quiet pools at OKW. There is no drink refill station for mugs at OKW. One OKW studio is pretty much like any other. If you want to be near the Hospitality House area (main pool, restaurants, etc) then I would request that...if the main concern is A pool, not necessarily with slide, almost anywhere in the resort will fill that request. All pools at OKW have a laundry service area for guests in studios. And all buildings are pretty convenient to the bus stops.

If your son wants to be able to refill his mug easily, that is done at Goods To Go, so you would probably want to request "near Hospitality House" on your reservation. This would also put you close to the main pool.

If you don't mind steps, request "upper floor" for a studio for better views. The ground floor studios can be a little overrun with shrubbery.
