Advice from those who recently made FP+ ressies

I have read conflicting reports on this...

I have a family of 4. We have a day where we all want the same fast passes for two of our three selections. Then, my husband and ds want a FP for one ride and I hope to make a separate one (hopefully around the same time) for myself and dd. what is the current best strategy for this when making your FP selections?

I have read that the site recently had some changes and a "copy" option is no longer available. Just trying to be prepared as my 60 day window is tonight.

It's crazy that they don't let us practice using the system.

I don't know if this is the best way, but it worked for me--

For our family of 4, I made FP+ reservations for Splash Mtn, Peter Pan, and Thunder Mtn. Once they were set, I modified the Peter Pan res for 2 of us, changing it to Space Mtn.

When you modify it, a drop down box comes up where you can check and uncheck members of the party, so I just checked two of us. The Peter Pan res for DD & I remained unchanged.

Does that help at all? I think it sounds confusing.

I just our FP+ Friday night/Saturday morning. My first priority was A&E for my daughter. I booked DD and my 3 FP+ for the day, copied them to DH and DS (got all the exact same times, so I could have just booked all 4 of us for A&E, Peter Pan, and 7DMT that day), then modified DH's and DS's A&E FPs to Space Mountain (where they got the same time slot as DD and I have for A&E). So as far as I know, copying reservations still works...

Copying still works on the app. It's working on the website, too...I was having trouble finding it before...not sure if they changed it, or if I'm just used to the app and I'm losing my mind a little. On the website, when you go to fastpass, you'll see three options, and then below them, there are blue words that say "Add Friends and Family to Existing Fastpass+" <<<<<That is where you go to copy!!

Thank you for the feedback. Kerri- what day did you get FP for Elsa and Anna for? Just wondering what my chances are for 10/10.
