Hi everyone. Just planning a holiday for nov11 to nov 20.
Looking for suggestions. There are 13 of us.

I have booked restaurants already but open to change.

Here is my proposed plan.

Nov 11 arrive. We are staying at the pop century.
Nov 12 magic kingdom and dinner at whispering canyons cafe
Nov 13 the girls are going to the bippity boppiti boutique at downtown disney then head to Hollywood studios for the day. Dinner at the 50 prime time
Nov 14 animal kingdom and breakfast at the Tuskeger house
Nov 15 hotel/ downtown disney/ dinner at the hoopdi doo review
Nov 16 Epcot /Akersus princess breakfast
Nov 17 Hollywood studios/ dinner at Sci fi theatre
Nov 18 hotel/boardwalk/checkout the art of animation because my son loves cars. Dinner at the spirit of ohana show.
Nov 19 magic kingdom . We will use quick service meals this day.
Nov 20 depart for home.

Any suggestions for quick service meals. I am also unsure if I need the second full day at Hollywood studios. Thanks

A second day at Epcot can make more sense than Hollywood Studios. It's a bigger park, but you can make that decision when you are there. See which park you need to return to.

I like your dining reservations. If I were to choose one restaurant at Hollywood Studios it would be Sci Fi over 50's Prime Time..... since you are thinking of changing one day.

Counter service in Magic Kingdom... we like Columbia Harbour house.

Enjoy and Welcome.

Moved to the Theme Parks forum. You might want to post a separate question about the quick service meals on our Restaurants forum. :)

I only see 2 magic kingdom days planned in. If that is so, IMO, not enough seeing you are there that long. Also don't know age of your kids. If under 10 definitely add more M k time.

Also I see Epcot more a 2 day park than HS. Look online at park maps, schedules and see what you like.

And wow 13 people?!? God bless. My advice is don't plan too much as with that many most plans never work out exactly, plan lots of time and empty blocks.

One thing that struck me was that a couple of days you are doing things in at least 3 locations in the World. That's a lot of transportation and deadlines (i.e. ADRs) to worry about. Given the length of your stay I would advise that you consider no more than 2 major "locations" a day. And on your non-park days, I would make those days the most carefree of all!

Enjoy the trip!

Just my opinion...but the schedule actually looks extremely relaxed to me. I only see one day with more than 2 locations and since two of those are boardwalk and then a visit to AoA on a rest day...I don't see that as being too hectic. But everyone is different...just wanted to throw in my 2 cents on this.

I think it's a good schedule. If it were me I would add in another Epcot day...maybe on the day I just mentioned in the morning and then do Spirit of Aloha in the evening. I would move the AoA visit to a different day where you are not staying at the parks late. Since you are staying at Pop Century it would be easy to take the bus back to AoA instead of Pop to visit, have dinner in their food court, etc. It's also a quick walk over the bridge between the two resorts so you could fit it in even on your rest day on the 15th (or any day really).

If that's cost prohibitive then I would do only one day at Hollywood Studios in favor of another Epcot day and if I had to choose one restaurant there...I would go with SciFi...it's just such a unique atmosphere that you just don't get anywhere else. It's a must for me every trip.

As far as QS meals...I would say that I like Earl of Sandwich at DTD, Flame Tree BBQ at AK, Yak and Yet QS at AK, Main Street Bakery at MK (not sure if you can still get a QS meal there but I loved their croissant sandwiches), Pecos Bills at MK (great for simple burgers), Be Our Guest at MK (if you want something a little nicer), and just about anything in World Showcase at Epcot...they have some really fantastic QS places there. HS doesn't have any QS that I can think of as particularly good...if I HAVE to get something quick and easy I usually hit ABC Commissary...but it's not particularly good. It IS a nice place to sit in the A/C for a bit and get off your feet...which always makes the food taste better in my opinion...lol! I suggest looking at the menus for anywhere you are eating...especially if you have picky eaters.

Sounds like you have a great trip planned...wish I could travel at that time of year but when you work retail it just isn't ever going to happen. Have a GREAT trip!!

Looks like a nice relaxed vacation. I'd echo earlier responses that EPCOT is more of a 2 day park than DHS is- but that's the sort of thing you can audible on the fly. I'd also like to contradict an earlier poster and say I prefer 50's primetime over SciFi but they're both good options!

13 people! You are very brave, kimosabe.

Check into renting a large, 15-pax van and plan on driving to the parks. Expecting to get your group together consistently on a single bus is very risky and a bit optimistic.
