26 minutes on the treadmill week & a half ago Thursday
Last weekend - Spent a long weekend at Disney World and completed the Dark Side Challenge
Going by Active minutes on fit bit -
151 on Saturday including the 10k & active walking to start line, at Expo, MK, & Resort
222 on Sunday including the Half Marathon & active walking to start line, at Resort, Epcot & DHS
28 on Monday walking around Epcot & DHS - guess I was moving slow most of the day because I walked almost 9 miles.
Total fit bit miles for the 3 days was 46.56 - My legs were so tired! Traveled home Tuesday & crashed. It was my first solo trip and I had an amazing time.
Took some planned rest days. Feeling recovered and ready to get back on track.

24 minutes strength training today
