Sorry about not getting back to you earlier. I left this computer at 9:00 am yesterday and didn't come back til this morning. Had to make sure the house was clean before the guests arrived.

I had thought about soup, but really didn't have time to get it together. Loved the pepper idea, Paige...too bad I didn't see it until this morning. So, I finally went with Chicken Salad pitas with lettuce and broccoli slaw, Ham and Broccoli Quiche, mini muffins and salad. We had cheesecake for dessert. Worked beautifully.

Next time...I expect some knocks on the door

Hmm...no one is very chatty this morning. You must all have really lives.

Well, I am off to the gym. My little one doesn't have pre-K today, so I should have a day filled with playdoh, legos and playmobil.

Good, uh, afternoon now. Took care of the cats at the shelter this morning...there were three of us working, so we finished quickly. Starting to rain here, but we're not supposed to get the nasty weather at least. I hope we don't get more snow this winter. Not that we've had hardly any this year.

It's raining pretty good here, Tig. Soccer is cancelled. I am waiting for the electrician to show up. Given a 1-5 window and sure enough he will probably pull up in the 10 min. I need to go .25 mile to pick up my boys.
