My dd just called and told me she found out at school today that she IS getting 1 of the 5 spots for art next year. She is very excited.

That's great! She should be very proud of herself.

My 14yo is trying out for the high school baseball team. He made the first round of cuts a couple days ago and I think there's one more round. He should make the cut, but it's still tense for him (and me ).

Found out that little guy started Junior Great Books and has reading homework, so I need to let him read to me after he gets off the phone. Right now he's asking his grandpa about how much he liked math (he was a math major). The things that kid thinks to talk about.

14yo must have had a long week...he's asleep and snoring on the couch. LOL I don't think we're going to be watching the movie we were going to be watching tonight.

I was so tired last night I fell asleep with the computer on, tv on and a book in my hand. My husband had to put everything away and tuck me in.

You're telling me. Not good at all. It hurts every time I move a certain way. The problem is that the "certain way" is constantly changes so I never know which movement is going to hurt.

I don't even remember hurting it. It wasn't like "okay go into down dog - OUCH". I think it may just be over-use. I taught 2 days in a row, took a weight lifting class (that I always take) and just the shifting of my own body. UGH!

I was just looking at the Chinese Conception Chart thread. According to that chart, I am having a girl. That chart was right for my boys, but I have seen others that weren't correct.
