Does the Water Taxi actually stop at the Hess Station??

No. You would take the boat from POR to DTD and then walk to the Hess station, across from DTD.

I was looking at ordering from Wego Shop or Garden Grocer. Just wondering how much a taxi would cost to go to the nearest store to grab a few food items and beer? Is there a store that sells both? (We don't really have stores in MN that sell alchohol).
