Hey guys!

I have been lurking on these boards for months, and I have planned my first trip to Disney with lots of help from all of you.

I have searched, but can't find - what is the typical price of the frozen concoctions I have read so much about? I read someone's BRILLIANT idea of "drinking around the world" the first night in Disney, at Epcot. I told my husband about this, and he is all for it.

Which drinks do you recommend? Any specialty drink that we shouldn't miss? Around-about price?

Thanks!

Terrific question! Cannot wait to hear the answers posted on this one!

Check for prices at the different stands. http://allears.net/menu/menus.htm

I personally find them pricey. In Mexico they sell Sol beer (yummm) for $5.50 which is actually smaller than a regular bottle of beer and I think I got a bucket of Sol in Phoenix for $5, lol.

However, I'll be trying the Grey Goose slushie in France this time, it sounds good.

You must try the Grand Marnier slushies at France-it was around $8.00 and very much worth it!

DH and I got the grey goose and grand marnier slushies in France on our last trip (and shared!) I think it cost us $20 for two drinks plus tip but it was well worth it!! We drank them while sweltering waiting for Illuminations!

Drinking "around the world" could easily cost you $150 if you stopped at each country!

I glanced through there and really couldn't find much information. I found some drink prices, but where do I get the Grey Goose slushie and others like that? Where is France is the Grand Marnier slushie? That sounds like a must have.

They are in a little cart across from the restaurant in France.

It seems a bit ambitious for us to even try it, but what the hey! I'm on vacation! I think I'll plan on about $10 a drink and that should give us an idea. Since we are going during the free dining promotion, splurging on a few drinks won't be a problem!

Woo hoo! 62 days away!

May I also suggest that you "dessert around the world" as well then to coat the stomach!!! Good luck in your adventure! I never make it past the 7 layer Margarita's in Mexico!!

Mango Margarita at the cantina right outside Mexico. a couple of years ago it was $6.50..not sure today! I also read something about them adding a tequila bar!!! Considering this is the first country to the left of the entrance, you'll be in good shape for Norway!

The 1/2 way point is America!!! I suggest a burger to absorb Germany. Maybe before you go, you should make a card with your name, resort and room # to hand over to a CM in Canada!!

Enjoy!

I know! I laughed and told my husband the same thing.. He got a kick out of it and said that was a pretty good idea, too.

Maybe I should wear something clothes-pinned to my shirt.

"If found, please return to Port Orleans resort."
