How far ahead can one make dining reservations at restaurants in city walk and elsewhere on property? We will be there April 10-17 this year.

You can make them now. Just go on the Universal website under restaurants and you will see the links. You will fine that most have a ton of availability even day of but a few book up at popular times so I would book those. I am there last that same week 4/14-4/17 and booked all mine last week with no issues.

I have never booked an ADR for a restaurant in Citywalk. I have always been able to walk up with just a short wait.
I can't say that I go during the most popular times. It is usually a late dinner or lunch.
