I've been reading all this scary stuff about possible crowd levels this summer. I just called the dining reservation line (2:30 PST), got right through without being put on hold, asked for 8:30 for 4 at Ragland Road for a Friday night in June (6/19) and got it, no sweat.
I'm sticking with my theory that there are going to less people at WDW this summer.
