Hi, I Haven't been to Disney in two years, we are going to be there Oct.22. I don't remember seeing ADL's before, is it the same thing as priority seating? Should I be making ADL's at all the Resturants we plan on eating at or can we still just play it by ear. Thanks :confused3

ADRs = Priority Seating. Just a new name.

Becuase of the dining plan, the sit-down restaurants are more popular than ever. If you want to try winging it you may be disappointed. You should make ADRs for any restaurant you have your heart set on eating at...or for the most popular restaurants like Chef Mickey's, CRT, Crystal Palace, Sci-Fi, Prime Time, and Le Cellier.

I also highly recommend making ADRs. It takes more planning before you leave, but then you will know that you are going to get to eat where and when you want to.

Have a great time! :goodvibes

Disney just calls them reservations now. You can just call Disney Dining and tell them you'd like to make reservations. Advanced dining reservation was a term they used for a short time after they retired priority seating.

I would def recommend getting reservations for anything you have your heart set on eating at. Hope you have a great trip!

If there are restaruants that you definately want to eat at, then getting ADR's is a must. It is becoming harder and sometimes impossible to just walk up to a table service place if you don't have them already.
