I made a few ADRs on the app early this morning with no problem. We will be in MK on my daughter's birthday, so I tried to get a breakfast ADR at CRT but there was nothing available. An hour later after the kids were gone to school, I went on my laptop to look around. I was able to get (I thought) a reservation for lunch, so I snagged it.
As I clicked the confirmation button, I noticed it had switched my date back to Feb. 1 -- TODAY!! I had to call to cancel it. I was told by the (very understanding) CM that the system was down due to "enhancements" and she could not cancel it for me, but to keep calling every hour.
In the meantime, I was able to go on the website via my laptop and find several breakfast options on my daughter's birthday after all, so I reserved one and made sure the date was correct. It had again reverted to today's date! After a little more messing around, I got a 10:00 ADR for dd's actual birthday.
I then called again to try to cancel today's lunch.
CM: I hate to tell you this, but you couldn't have made any ADRs today because our system is down and nothing is happening.
Me: I hope that's not true, because I made 6 reservations this morning and have confirmation emails for all of them.
CM (doubtful and snippy): Well.... I don't know how that can be. I guess you just got lucky.
I was again told to "call back in an hour". So frustrating!
Ultimately I'm wondering why the app availability differed from the website...? Do I have these reservations, or not?? And I am really, really hoping I don't get charged $235 for a lunch today that I obviously cannot attend.
