Not to be a doubter and I know Disney was moving into the direction of the 90's but can I ask where you saw the "official" explanation?

The official explanation is from Disney's Hub, which is their intranet for their employees.

Ok this is my first time posting....;) and my first time planning a trip to DISNEY!!!! I have been reading everones messages about the ADR changes.I am also just glad to know what is going on. My 180 was Monday.

My question is why do some of you want to know the park hours before you make your dining reservations??

Thank you from a First timer:wizard:

Example: If you want to take advantage of the Extra Magic Hours (EMHs) plan to have dinner at a restaurant near or in one of the parks that has the EMHs. Say around 6pm. When you are finished with dinner, then off to the park for an evening of fun. As a guest (staying on prop) you can stay for the extra time the park is open at night. :cheer2:

I just wanted to say THANKS to everyone that has been keeping this threat updated. I have been following it for weeks and love getting the information here. I look forward to booking my reservations soon!

we made adr's this morning for boma breakfast on monday, march 23 and kona cafe dinner wednesday, march 25. no problems with booking or getting through at 7:15 this morning.

FYI, I spoke to a wonderful CM in the interary planning office this morning and she said that they had recieved an email stating not to make an ADR's past the 22nd. She said that any that had already been made would be cancelled out of the system. She they expect the go ahead very, very soon and that they are as frustrated as the guests.

Finally some certainty/rpredictability. I am SO relieved that Disney made the decision to go to 90day window and that they will begin taking reservations now 90 days out. Ithink it makes sense and will avoid the huge crush of folks calling that we worried about.

Now if Disney could just manage to post park hours 120 days out then we could easily plan our itineraries before having to make ADRs. Here's hoping May hours show up right after New Years.

This is not a good way to win friends and influence people! :scared1:

This is what a CM told me last night and i asked if she could please check with a supervisor and be sure b/c i had made res. for the 3/23 already, she asked and sure enough she hadn't gottne the new email yesterday that was send out stating they could book out the of the 3/22 window as long as it was with in the new 90 day window call back call back call back... not everyone had the info yet.

This makes total sense for Disney. When we all call a billion times to make a billion different changes, it costs them $$$.

Yup... and this is one reason I'd like to see this thing online. I hope that the 90+10 window is only bookable if the user enters a legit hotel confirmation number.
:surfweb:

Someone on another board I'm on said that she was told that Princess Storybook wouldn't be loaded until 12/27. :confused3

So, is PSD the only restaurant that they aren't booking right now? I am so relieved to have made the ressies I have, yet cannnot be totally releived until they are all done. I am staying on property March 21-28 and wanted PSD on the 27th. I keep getting told that it hasn't been loaded into the system yet, but to keep checking back. Something I came across was a list of restaurants for the 2009 dining plan and Akerhaus (sp?) wasn't on the list yet although it did mention something about more additions to come. Could this be causing the problems??
