ADR System Upgrade - History

I am getting up early just in case too! I'll post with my results before I leave for work!

Sounds like Nov. 12th was your actual 180 days date - and that the CM wasn't referring to anything regarding the system upgrade at all. That's the day you WOULD have been able to book if they weren't upgrading, so she was a bit clueless as to what's actually going on now!

I agree! I even told her I had already tried to book a couple weeks ago and they had told me I couldn't do it yet. She even apologized about it lol.

I just called and the CM said the he could only make reservations up until March 22nd

Got right through, so I knew it must not be. The CM I spoke with said right now it looks like it is going to open Dec 20th. I guess we all just have to stay tuned.

Yep, me too, but I was told that they moved the date to Dec. 15th for everybody....has anyone else been told that when they call this morning?

I was just checking for an update - I figured someone would be off the phone already.

I just tried Group Dining and the CM tried to put the date in and then apologized and said "I'm sorry, I can't book that for you. I was thinking you asked for March. Right now we are only booking through 3/22. We don't have an ETA on when the rest of the dining will be available so try calling back each week."

Sorry it's not better news. Happy Monday anyway!

Just got off the phone and March 22nd was the latest date, still. She said keep trying. By the way, I have NEVER heard it so loud there. The CM didn't even answer the line with any sort of "Disney Greeting". She said Hello?Hello??? How can I help you? I could barely hear you over the noise and I'm sure she couldn't hear me!

I guess we'll just have to wait a bit longer!

The CM that I spoke with didn't know the date that I could make ADR's - she said to keep trying back. No hours for May yet either ... might as well go back to bed!

I just called and was also told to call back on December 15th.

(There is a new message as part of the automated prompt system that states the date is still March 22nd except for CRT, CM, and V&A.)

Well, I was going to call today, but I guess it would be a waste. Ugh! The saga continues. Dec 15th? Dec 20th, Dec 21st? May hours? Who knows. You think with Disney, they would be a little more on top of this.

The more time that you spend studying Disney the more that you discover that they right never ever seems to know what the left is doing.

I'm not convinced that the right even knows that there is a left!
