::yes:: Me too. Not having our ADRs at 160 days before the trip is maddening! :hyper:
I just hope you don't get to 126 like me;)
We always made our ressies 180 on the dot, so this is tough. But..like the CM that I talked to this am said..at least nobody else is making their's yet either:)

So if the December 1st rumor is true, then

1. I should be able to make all of my ADR's for our May 30-June 6 09 trip?

2. or just my Chef Mickey one?

thanks:worship:

You won't be able to make any reservations for your May 30-June 6 trip, except your Chef Mickey at 180 days. The Dec. 1st rumor is that people will be able to may reservations until May 10...so nothing after 5/10 will be accepted except for CM, CRT & V&A

I'm waiting too, to make ressies for last week of May...very frustrating!:surfweb:

ok, thanks for the quick response, do you know if I can do BBB ressies?

An extension to the booking widnow has not yet been announced on the Disney Hub (CM intranet), and the last few changes have all been posted there several days in advance of the change. You never know though.

I just got off the phone with upgrading my resort and the girl I spoke with said that she checked my dates (May 11th-18th) and that I was able to book ANY ADRs now. I told her I had spoken with someone about a week ago and they told me I wasn't able to yet.

I know there have been updates on here as to when we can start booking...but she said she ran my dates and that I CAN book. I can't call yet to make sure...but has anyone else tried?

I tried yesterday for April and they told me not yet......but I am going to call right now!!!

Just called, they said no. When I asked if they had any info/updates she said, no to check back "shortly" then she added in about 2 weeks.:rotfl2: I guess her definition of shortly and mine are a little different.

Ugh wth. Drives me crazy when they act like its a for sure thing and its really not! Glad I didn't waste my time being transfered to Disney Dining! lol

I just got off the phone making a Chef Mickey's reservation and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and seemed to be on top of things. I asked her if she knew when dates after March 22nd would be available and this is her response...
"Training has been pushed back on the new system until January, but we will open up an extra 40 day block of reservations which will cover the month of April and first week of May. Those reservations will be open in approximately 3 weeks, the day after the final release of DDP participating restaurants gets entered in our system. Don't hold me to it but my information is rarely wrong, hahaha."
So it sounds as if everything we are waiting on will be available around the
21st? Just thought I would share.

I just don't understand how they can let the "mums panel" publish one date (Dec 1st) if that is not correct. It seems so inefficient and misleading. I am getting so wound up about this - I really want to get all my ADR's made before we go on vacation on Dec 21st. I know noone else can make any either . . . but that doesn't help!!!

Looks like I will be making them from the hotel lobby in Las Vegas though if Dec 21st turns out to be correct!! Is there a particular phonecard you would recommend that I can get once we get to the US, rather than standing there feeding money into the pay phone?

I can't offer any good ideas for a phonecard, but I am certain someone here can.

I wanted to say I agree with you regarding the Mom's Panel...they are posting that there wont be any Pirate & Princess Parties either...all this make me wonder how *accurate* it truly is.

I will still try to call tomorrow morning and hope they are indeed corrct. Doenn't sound too promising though :sad2:

Have fun in Las Vegas!!!!

::yes:: I agree too! If this info about the Dec. 1st date turns out to be wrong I think it undermines some of their credibility.

I am going to go nuts! I am dreading sitting around on hold three days before Christmas to make dining reservations! Maybe that's the whole idea, they think that so many people will be busy with the Holiday, they won't take the time to make their dining reservations unti after Christmas....yeah, right!

But I know a DVC member who was also told the Dec. 1 thing from a DVC CM....so, it's not just the Mom's Panel..

That is why, no matter what I am getting all my ADR's in order today and calling tomorrow anyway...

And of course if I'm told no, then I will keep checking here for the latest info!!

Good luck everyone!

I called last night - jsut to see and was told by a CM that it is NOT Dec. 1st. She said she has heard that rumor to and to be honest they have not even started the training for the CM's yet. I am gettign so tired for waiting for the "new" date to actually be correct.

I just called a little while ago and the CM practically laughed at me.

She told me that it would probably be mid-December before they open up another window.
