I called a couple of times last night and got through very quickly.
I called this morning and was disconnected after getting the CM's name and telling her what I was needing.
Immediately, I called back and was told the wait time would be under 3 minutes. It was probably 1 minute.
My ADR was for next month, so I didn't pay much attention to the message about the days in May and June. What's the deal?
What did they do to the reservation system?
Does anyone find it ridiculous that company with the resources WDW has could transition from an old system to a new one without these problems?
