ADR Dilemma!

I have the same question! There are 2 adults, 2 children (one is an infant). My husband MIGHT join us for 1/2 of the trip. Should I book 3 adults, 1 infant 1 child just in case, and if he doesn't show at least we are covered?

Yes.

It's much easier to show up with one person less than one person more. They will always seat you if you are short. They won't always seat you if you add.
