ADR confirmation numbers

Newbie to the DDP, sorry if this is a silly question.

When I made my ADRs earlier this week, I was given confirmation numbers. Other than in case I want to change them, will I have to use these numbers at all while on vacation? Should I write them in a safe place and bring them with me?

Has anyone had an ADR and had a mix up when they showed up?

You'll want to bring those numbers with you.

I've read at least one post where there was an ADR mix-up and because they had their confirmation numbers is was easy to straighten out.

I've never had a problem but I always bring them with me.

Thanks for replying! I have so many numbers that I'm trying to keep straight and deciding which are the ones that are necessary. Good to know...

When you check in at any Disney Resort, they can give you a print out of all your ressies & confirm #'s. HTH!

I've never had a problem, but always program the confirmation # in my cell so that I don't have to remember to carry a peice of paper.

When you get to your resort I would have them print out a list of your ADR's which will also have the confirmation number on them. We had a problem last year at Coral Reef when our reservation magically vanished since I had that paper with me I was able to give them the confirmation number and they had to seat us. The hostess later told me that if I didn't have that paper I would have to wait as a walk up which was a 2 hour wait at the time.

Yeah! I love the Dis! You guys have really helped me out. Good to know that they'll print out the confirmation numbers for you (have to remembe to bring a ziplock so the paper doesnt get wet!). And I love the suggestion about putting the numbers in my cell.

I thought I was being too paranoid about being concerned about ADR numbers, but it seems that strange missing ressies do happen!
