Adding requests to reservations

Hi.... just wondering when the reservation is sent to the resort... I would like to add a request on my reservation...we will be at the poly on June 21....do I still have time to call and add request or would it already be sent to the resort...thanks..amy

I believe you have time. My understanding is that CRO sends the info to the room assignors about 4 days before the guest checks in...

johnsonet is correct You still have plenty of time to call CRO and have the request noted on your ressie. Also, fax it at the 4 day mark. Although there have been reports that alot of resorts are not paying much attention to faxes anymore, it still won't hurt to fax your request anyway but at least call CRO and it will be noted on your ressie. But understand that this is a request and cannot be guaranteed. I think that the majority of the time, requests that are within reason are granted if at all possible.
