Adding People to Reservations

We have reservations for the end of July. Have two rooms reserved with package and free dining. There are six of us. My other daughter and her husband now want to go with us. Can we add them on to the reservation? There would be room in the room since one room only has two people? Can they still get the free dining also? I have not paid for the whole package yet.

I would say yes since you have the room for them as you are getting two rooms

Yes, you can add them to the room. It is WDW policy that everyone in the room is on the same package so I am sure they will get the "free dining" also.

Yes, I've done this a couple of times (plan a solo trip, then family decides to join me). A couple of years ago, I planned a free dining bounceback trip for me and my mom. My mom decided not to go, so I called and canceled her. Then about a month before the trip, my husband suddenly decided he wanted to go. I called and added him with no problem. Even though I was within the 45 day mark, they didn't even charge me the change fee. Even though we were both AP holders, I still had to add that one day required park ticket (two day park ticket required now). That one day ticket meant the price went up about $80.00, so we didn't have to pay the change fee and we both got free dining for the week.

Yes, you can. I just did it for my July reservation. My mom decided she wanted to go with us so I just added her to one of our rooms at CBR and she got the free dining also.

Yes. You may modify a reservation in any way as long as you do not change the lead--that requires cancellation and re-booking.

As far as the free dining goes, it is tied to the rooms, so there will be no problems there. The only thing you will likely encounter is the extra adult up-charge, per adult, per night. Only two adults (ages 18+) are included with the room. This is where Disney's "junior" (ages 10 -17) comes into play.
