Adding park tickets to room key - Virgin

Can anyone tell me why this seems to be so hit and miss?

5 on site stays including tickets purchased through Virgin and for the first 2 adding the park tickets to our room key wasn't a problem. However on the last 3 visits when I presented the Virgin vouchers at check in I was told they couldn't be added and to go see the Concierge. On each occassion the Concierge sent us to Guest Relations and paper tickets had to be produced. This is such a pain and means a trip to a park just to get the tickets. This year we are hoping to do 'Keys to the Kingdom Tour' on our first morning and I'm worried that if I have to go through all the hassle of getting a paper ticket issued we will be late for the tour.

My Dsis has had no such problems and always gets her tickets added to room key (with 1 exception). Is there anything more I need to say or do when I check in?????

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Never had a problem putting any tickets on my kttw card, with virgin holidays or any other tour operator, came back in nov with complete orlando no problems

We booked through Virgin, when we handed in vouchers at check in, we were given room key cards with charging facilities and separate park entry tickets, but they weren't paper tickets they were on cards the same as the room keys, which was no problem, Check in were great even gave my sons dinosaur (Rex from TS) his own room key with Rex written on it, my son was delighted °o°

We went with VH last October and never had a problem. When we checked in I handed over our VH vouchers and they gave all 4 of us our KTTW cards with were our room keys as well and they had our park tickets and all our dining credits on as well.
