Adding Park Hopping?

Does anyone know if you can buy a MYW base ticket and then if you decide you need it later add on the park hopping feature? I don't think we will be park hopping this trip so I would rather save the $40, but if we decide while we are there to park hop, can we add that on? Me and DBF have AP's so it would only be for my 4 yr. old daughter.
