Adding days on to Old PH tickets

Please forgive me if this question has been asked a million times. I did try to search forum but nothing came up.
I have 4 park hopper tickets from our 2004 trip. Each has at least one day left on it, can I add days on to each ticket? How? Our most recent trips have been done on free dining w/ the package so we have not had to use these tickets. But I'm trying to price a trip in Oct (blackout dates for FD) & was curious if it would be cheaper to just add days on to these old tickets rather than purchasing new one.

You can't add days to old tickets, sorry. Best to save them for a trip when you'll only need tickets for the number of days you have left on your old passes.

Were all tickets non-expiring back then? If not, yours need to have been non-expiring to have any value at all left on them. If they were not non-expiring, then they expired during that trip when you were using them and any days left on them are no longer good....
And, all tickets must be upgraded within 14 days of the first day of use and before all days on the tickets are used up.

Not to confuse OP, your tickets from 2004 were most likely automatically non-expiring. The change came in 2005, and at that time you had to actually buy a non-expire option to keep the tickets good for partial use over the years. Tickets after 2005 that have never been used are good forever, until used, then good for 14 days after first use, unless non-expire option is purchased. Within that 14 days, you may add PH, WPF&M, non-expire options and/or theme park days to your ticket up to 10, as long as you still have theme parks days left. If theme park days are used up, no upgrades may be added.

Refer to Post #8 - Dealing With Tickets Issued Prior to 2 January 2005 (Pre-MYW) from Cheshire Figment's "Everything About WDW Tickets," for an official understanding of your 2004 tickets.
