Adding Another Ticket - How is it calculated?

Deciding whether to add a park ticket to our already paid for package on our departure day.

Our package is for 7 nights but 6 park tickets.
We arrive on a Saturday but have reserved the parks for Sunday-Friday.

If I do a mock booking for 6 tickets starting on the Saturday, then the cost is $2064.
If we increase it to 7 day park tickets, then it's an additional $53.

If I do a mock booking for 6 tickets starting on the Sunday, then the cost is $2098.
If we increase it to 7 day park tickets, then it's an additional $80.

So if we add another park day, does it calculate based on your arrival date? Or based on your first park day?

This may make a difference if we go for the additional day (as Genie+ cost will be added as well since we pre-purchased).

Since you have a package booked, your tickets will automatically begin on arrival (check-in) day regardless of which day you plan to go to the first park. I will say that package pricing never quite matched out to standalone tickets - at least not when I’ve played with it.

More than I was hoping but not dismissing it. It would only be for a few hours but a nice way to end our trip.

Oh, you're right. Think I wrote it backwards.
If I calculate the tickets starting on Sunday, then it is $53 more.
If I calculate the tickets starting on Saturday, then it's $80 more.

We arrive Saturday but not going to the park until Sunday.
But from how you described, it counts as Saturday cost regardless of when our first day at the parks fall.
