Adding an extra day to reservation, will we be able to add visa discount?

I really hope someone can help me with an answer. We have 2 rooms booked, one for our family and one for DH's parents. We are paying for both rooms and applied the disney visa discount the day they came out.

Well, I just found out last night DH's parents are adding an extra day to the reservation. Anyone know if I will be able to apply the discount to the extra day? I thought I read that the discount was only good until yesterday? Worse case, we pay rack rate for the extra day, but if we can get the discount, that would be great.

Any suggestions would be great.
 
The offer goes general public tomorrow.. so you can call and see if they can add that day.. provided the day is within the date range of the offer and provided there is availability in the room category / resort you have booked .. shouldn't be an issue.

We are going from Janaury 8th - Janaury 13th. I'll probably just call when the system is back up. I have to change Dining and The Wild Africa Trek we have booked now to include them too.

I'm also confused as to where it says the discount was only good until yesterday. I thought I read it had to be booked by the end of december?

The discount goes public tomorrow, so there shouldn't be a problem booking it today. The whole 'yesterday' thing is probably because the system went down for maintenance yesterday and was originally going to be unavailable yesterday and today entirely. With the system down there would be no way to apply it. Extending by one day shouldn't be a problem. The package code is still on your reservation, providing the room type is available.
 

I'm on hold right now. I was on hold earlier, but my phone started to die. lol I had to switch to a different phone and start all over. I think i'm going to be on hold for awhile. :(

Online is still down, but I think i'll do my dining changes there when it is up. There was plenty of availability for the day and time for the restaurant last I looked.

Thanks for the replies. I just wish my DH had told me earlier they were adding an extra day. Now I get to sit on hold for who knows how long. :lmao:
