add-ons available?

If you buy a resale for less than 150 points I understand that you are a full fledged DVC member. That's correct, right? But are you eligible for small add-ons directly from Disney even though you might only own say 80 points?

Yes, once you are a DVC Member (even with a small resale purchase) you can then purchase directly from Disney. You can buy as few as 25 points but must buy at least 50 to get financing. This is what I plan to do - pay as I have cash. My guide told me a week ago that basically I could do an add on for any resort except BCV - that could be a long wait...

Are add-ons about $92 right now directly from Disney? No closing costs on Disney add-ons?
