Add on to home resort question?

Hi...

Still working on my add-on

I have 150pts at WLV...If I add on 100pts....and heaven forbid I
have to sell....Can I sell the last 100pts I bought...
Or do I now have a 250pt contract that needs to be sold together?

You would be able to sell either your 100 point add on or your original contract and keep the other.

My understanding is that you could do the same thing with heirs.

thanks that is good to know....I don't plan to sell, but if need be
I wouldn't want them to meld onto 1 pot....ie...one 250pt contract.
