We are fairly new DVC owners. How often will we get these "great offers" to add-on points. The one we got this time was, if we buy 100, a $500 gift card, $8 per point toward our down payment, and 100 additional developer points at AKV (which is already home). Is this a good deal and will we get more of these types of offers in the future?

For this offer, while your purchase must be at AKV, the 100 Developer Points can only be used at SSR. (Or at any of the three Disneyland hotels)

You'll see offers pretty regular, maybe a couple of times a year.
