Another easywdw user here. The important thing to remember is that crowd level numbers are pretty subjective, and I usually go with most recommended park vs. looking at the actual cl number...BUT we travel in summer primarily, and just knowing how to navigate a park is the most important in my opinion. For us, rope drop is key, because you can get most things done by 11am, and then start your FP times (depending on desired attractions). It's different for everyone though, because of differing touring styles. So, all that being said, while we use his predictions, we also plan our park days the way we want...for example, we'll go to whatever park is most recommended unless it's our first or last full day, which we prefer to keep as the Magic Kingdom, regardless of what the most recommended park is.
Josh has cheat sheets that work for a lot of people, and give you options depending on how many days you want to spend in a park and what time you plan to arrive.
