wow thats some serious issues , i think if we all write to the DVC board maybe we could have this problem looked at, ok everyone ill start writing the chain letter now
I came across this and wanted to share my experience. This was my first DVC trip (we own at Bay Lake) and our first trip at SSR.
I just want to say that the resort staff and DVC have addressed the issue. But, this did worry me some....
Below are the photos of our room.
There was mold in the tub/shower, broken shelf, mold on the fridge, the studio sink was leaking and their solution was a bucket.....
I don't expect mousekeeping to do much. They are low paid people trying to get hundreds of rooms ready in a short time and probably don't pay attention to anything except straightening the beds and cleaning sinks. Disney needs an inspection team going through the rooms once a week to look for breakage / damage.
