? about Thrifty

I am a bit confused about Thrifty..... I made a reservation, and I assumed it was at the airport, here is what it said at the bottom of my confirmation, " Airport pick up on level one, Side A7 or A22 and B7 or B27, 1 level below baggage claim.", however I have read posts that have said you have to take a shuttle to the lot. Can someone clear this up for me?
If we do have to take a shuttle, I would like to cancel my reservation. I got a rate of $183 (not including taxes) for 11 days (Jan.24-Feb.4) on a mid-size car. If anyone knows of any deals better or equivalent, please let me know!

Yes, you will take a shuttle to a lot that's maybe a 5 minute drive. The airport pick up means that's where the shuttle will pick you up. I think your current rate will be really tough to beat.

If you got a great rate I would not cancel it just because of the shuttle.I've gone with Thrifty a couple of times and the shuttle is easy and fairly quick. We are going again this month and have reserved our car with Thrifty again because their price beat all others.

I would keep them too. The shuttle is painless...it's nearly always right there waiting, and Thrifty is right outside the airport's North Exit. I have made it out of Thrifty more quickly than onsite Alamo, even with the shuttle!
