Just starting my research to determine if DVC is right for us. Can you tell me what you pay for AP's once you are DVC owners? Or just tell me the % of discount you receive.

Also...any quick link to the historic maintenance fees?

Don't base whether to buy DVC on a current perk. The AP discount could go away at any time. But here is the information anyway from AllEars.net. Just scroll down for the prices but there's lots of other info too:

We just renewed our annual passes, and they cost us $335 with the discount for the 4 parks, no waterparks. That includes any taxes. While we didn't buy DVC to get the discounts, since we have owned since 1997, it sure helps to have that perk!!
