? about Mythos

We're going to US April 28-May 3 and I've noticed that US/IOA is closing at 7pm every night (IOA closing 6pm 5/2 & 5/3). I wanted to eat at Mythos-so what's the latest I will be able to make a ressie there? I was hoping to sit down to dinner around 6:30-7pm, but that doesn't seem possible if the park closes at 7pm? Also, does anyone know why IOA is closing so early 5/2 and 5/3?

We were there 2 weeks ago today and the parks closed at 7PM. We wanted to go to Mythos also and luckily checked at 3PM. It closed at 5PM!!!!. We had skipped lunch so we were starving anyway and got right in-it was a rainy day though. It did seem to be more of an evening dinner menu though, but very tastey.

I'm fairly new to these boards, but I thought I'd chime in that we will also be there from April 27th-May 2nd--mom, 12 year-old son and 20-year old son on first trip to Universal and Seaworld. I'm hoping the early park closings indicate that big crowds are not expected during these days. We hope to eat at Mythos one day, also, and I appreciate the heads-up that we should plan to do so early in the day.
