?about magical express pick up?

This is not correct. You absolutely can check your bags at the resort and you don't have to get them to the customs house yourself.

As PPs have said, you have to make a reservation with bell services to get your bags and take you to the customs house. There you can check your luggage and not see it again until you get off the plane at your home airport.

When we were there in February we got a ME packet on our door, but it didn't have our departure time, even though we had given them our flight information about 5 times. I called, set up the departure time and set up a time for bell services to pick us and our luggage up from the room. The morning of our departure we were packed and ready to go and waited. And waited. And waited. 30 minutes past our pickup time bell services had still not arrived. I called and they told me that I had not set up a departure time. I explained that I had, but couldn't remember the name of the CM that I spoke to the day before. They got a van out to us within a few minutes and we were able to get squared away, but not without a bit of stress.

So call two days before your departure, then again the day before and get CM names and make sure the times are confirmed.
Ummm, I think you may have misunderstood me. I was trying to make the statement that you have to show up at the RAC counter...you can't just hand off your bags in the morning, to Bell Services (Luggage Assistence) and then never see your bags again. If you can get the bags taken for you, fine. But you still have to show up at the RAC counter. Believe me...I know how it works.

Actually, you and Goofy4tink are saying the same thing.

You and your bags have to get to the Customs House so that you can check in at the RAC counter. HOW you and your bags get there is not important (and not what Goofy4tink was addressing). The OP seems to be asking for a way to hand off her luggage at her room and not see it again until she gets off the plane at home - as Goofy4tink said, this is not possible (actually it is what you said too).

Perhaps I did misunderstand you, I think it was the "somehow or other" that did it, since bell services is the only way to get them there unless you walk all the way dragging them. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

If you ever need bell services assistance on Sat/Sun, or any prime time, call well in advance. We have called the night before looking for 5am luggage assitance at CBR, and they told us they could pick us up at 3am. For a 5:30 DME. Needless to say we walked over that morning.

I understand that some one has to check the bags in at the custom house (rac counter). I just wanted to know the best way to get them there with out having to wait 2 hours for bell service to come help get them. I think the answer to my question is to call the day before and get an estimated time of when bell service will be able to come help get my husband there to check them in. Thank you everyone.:worship:

I think you have it! I only want to add to give yourselves a bit of leeway, you don't want your pick up time to be right before the bus is supposed to show up. I'd give bell services a couple of extra hours, just in case they run behind again.

Have a great time!!:)

Yeah our flight leaves at 5:30 so I know me pick you up a few hours early so I'm planning on trying to dro them off in the morning some time. Thank you!

Also, when planning your move of luggage to the RAC counter, do not forget they have specific "hours of operation". If I recall correctly, they were open 5 am to 1pm or there abuts. If you were planning on taking the luggage down as you're headed for ME to leave, make sure your times match up.
