? about calling DVC member services while on the Cruise

While on our 12/6 7 day cruise can you contact member services at DVC ? we are planning a trip for next Nov. and I don't want to miss the 11 month window..I know they have a dvc desk set up but can you contact MS without paying for the phone call? I am planning on calling every day at 9am is this possible ??TIA Marianne

There is no way to contact MS free of charge on board ship. You can email them of course, from the Internet Cafe. Or you can call ship to shore but that will be around $8 per minute. Also, if you are in port, you can call from a pay phone or perhaps your cell phone may work.

This is why those members rebooking the cruise on board ship must call MS to confirm points availability after disembarkation. There is no way for the DVC folks on board to contact MS either.

There are DVC Reps on board. I don't know if they might have some way of getting in touch with MS? Just a thought.
