? about Amazon reward from MyPoints

Has anyone redeemed their MyPoints for an Amazon gift cert.? I was wondering since it was just a code they give you, if they email it right away or does it still take a couple weeks to get it in the mail like the other gift cards.

When I looked at it last week, it said it would come in the mail. I wish it were via email. I'm always worried I'll miss my mail from mypoints and it will go in the garbage.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping to be able to use it today. I know what you mean about tossing it out by mistake, we get so much junk mail I am afraid it will get lost in it!

It was 2 weeks before it was fulfilled for me, got it close to 3 weeks after I redeemed, I agree that it would be so nice if it could be e-mailed.

That's so weird; hubby works at amazon and wasn't even aware that amazon still did mailed giftcards...


But regardless, the redemptions, even emailed, should never be expected to come right away. From what I've noticed with another rewards site, even the emailed amazon cards have a delay, b/c they need time on their own end to process the redemption.

Oh that stinks that they mail it!! I was trying for one, too. My Chase card mails the code to you, too, but I wish they were all like Swagbucks and you just got it online (even though SB is so slow about it that you might as well get it in the mail).
