ABD reception on cruise add-ons?

Does anyone know what time of day the ABD welcome and farewell receptions are for the cruise add-ons? Specifically on the Med. I'm looking to book the Princess and Frozen Gatherings on the sea days but don't know what time would be best.

I did the add-on a long time ago, but back then, the welcome reception was right after Sail Away.

I saw a vlog on last years Mediterranean Add on and it was on the first Sea day at 10:30 am. They said it lasted about 1.5 hours.

Perfect. I booked both my Princess & Frozen Gatherings for noon on the two sea days in the hopes that the reception wouldn't be during the lunch hour.
