ABD 2010: Disers Go West - Let the Fun Begin

I would love to do another ABD trip as well -

I think Italy might be something we look at in the future. I also noticed that on the online survey, they listed Egypt in the list of tour picks - now that I would jump at. I have always wanted to go there, but in this day's political climates it just never seemed like a possiblity. BUT doing it with Disney could really get me planning

Are you two planning on doing the Podcast Cruise in Dec????

This is how I feel about China. Not sure if I would venture off on an independent trip, but doing with a company I trust would be incredible!

I am doing the podcast cruise solo--Chris will not have enough vacation days left! We are in Disney for Christmas so he couldn't take off twice in the same month!!

I finally managed to launch my trip report! The link is in my signature.

In that category of real real life, my Dad is critically ill and I am making an emergency trip to New Hampshire to see him. I hope to have some quiet time here and there to work on photos and getting them to the Flickr site, but everything I meant to have done by now has been delayed by the current situation.

I'm looking forward to doing the trip again in my mind as I write the report, and am so glad to know it's not very long before we will travel again!

Egypt jumped off of the page for us too. Our neighbor is Jordanian and has family in Egypt as well. He's told us so much about Egypt that we really want to go there.

I have been on the ABD site looking at all of the various tours. I can't wait to do another. The great thing is that now that I have done one, I see the value. It is hard when looking at the cost ahead of time to imagine it can be "worth it", but we felt we received great value for our money.

We are very interested in the China tour...it looks pretty incredible and includes a couple of days at Hong Kong Disney. I think I may have my 40th birthday trip decided!

I agree 100% about the value of the ABD trips. Before the trip, I really had to step back and ask myself if it would be worth what I was spending. After taking the trip, I felt it was definitely the best value for the dollar of any vacation I've ever taken.

I'm starting to look at another trip for 2011, and the Costa Rica trip looks really good to me!

I know exactly what you mean when you say you see the faces and hear the voices when you read a post on the boards.

I for one can't wait to see all of you again this December on the cruise. I only had a chance to meet a few DISers at DISapalooza last year, but I have my sparkly red Minnie ears all ready to go for this December...
