My 11 month window is today, called MS at 9am sharp to make a ressie for AK cl for my 25th anniversary next year. System down...call back at 9am system up shows available CM goes to book it then says "this cant be happening" puts me on hold comes back a few minutes later, system down.... call back at 10am system down.....call back at 11am system down... call back at 12pm system down...... call back at 1pm system up but now Oct 9th NOT AVAILABLE!!! I am so upset now I have to call back tomorrow 1st thing to try for the 10th on because you cant book a 1br then switch to a studio because that is two seperate ressies and I have to wait till the 10th to do that!!
THIS STINKS, stupid computers...

So sorry - you have my sympathy and good luck wishes for the waitlist.

Sure hope the computer issues get resolved before mid-December, when the booking season starts for stays at the end of 2011.

Former member thinking of buying again but...... this kind of surprises me, can't get Oct 9th 11 months out, is that really possible?

Its for a concierge level room. There are only 5 2br lockoffs. Pretty mch any other room category would not be an issue at 11 months.

Crisis averted (somewhat) I was able to shorten my hhi trip one day ( I may book that day with cash) I got a 1br cl for 6 nights it's just more points that I wanted to use but I am excited that I got something cl. In response to the post about not getting the 9th at 11 months out it's when there are only 5 club level studios that it's so hard to get. Thanks for the replies!

Thanks! Now on to planning I have to do my research to find out about tipping, when do I contact the ipo what do they plan for you? Adrs all kinds of fun stuff for me to plan! Planning a trip is almost as fun as the trip itself!

And 5 is the max that could be available for a particular night. If anyone booked a 2 bedroom CL, then there would be 1 less CL studio available.
