AAA travel mugs question

Any of you AAA cruisers - how do you get the free soda mugs? We booked through AAA but the cruise docs I got today don't indicate anything about the refillable mugs. What's the procedure? I'm totally new to this -- thanks so much for anyone's help!

In our travel documents, there was one page that had a coupon for the free travel mugs. After you get on the ship, there is a crew member sitting there selling or handing them out. He takes your coupon, you get the mugs.

We also booked thru AAA and will be going on This THurs I read that you Bring your AAA DCl Diamond card ( In your Travel Packet) To the Beach Blanket Buffet/ topsider Buffet or the Pomenade lounge And they give you the # of mugs stated on the card. I haven't done it yet but will soon

both times that I have gone and booked through AAA you had to redeem the coupon.

I redeemed our coupon at one of the stations by parrot cay and got a sticker for our KTTW card and never really used our mugs until we go home. with the sticker you show your card at any drink station (before the shows or anywhere) and get a free soda

Did everyone get the coupon for the mugs when booking at a AAA office with a real person helping them or did anyone book online and still get them?

We have used AAA twice now. The voucher should be in your "main" persons docs only. It will also say something like Diamond Club at the top of it. Read further and it will say something like" This voucher also entitles you to "??" mugs (where ?? = the number in your party). I hope this helps you to locate it. When you get on the cruise ship , just present the voucher where they are selling the mug packages, and they will give you the number of mugs on the voucher along with placing a tag on the back of your KTTW cards. - MIke
BTW - We booked with an Agent (one that we have used for about 5 years).

thanks for all of your help. I booked the cruise with a real person, but we don't have any of the documentation/vouchers that you all mentioned.

this will come with your boarding pass documents, so if you have not yet received them, then you wouldn't have them yet.

Our agent told us the mugs would be waiting in our cabin. The coupon tells us where to redeem them, but he said we wouldn't have to do that.

Time will tell.

The mugs will not be in your cabin but they are easy to find. Right after you board there will be tables set up selling the regular mugs. (I think they were in the halls near Parrot Cay- you wont miss them) Just go to these tables and present your AAA coupons, to get the AAA version of the mugs.
